There is no fixed rate card — every quote is built around your site, hours and risks, and it is fully open-book so you see exactly what you are paying for. Be wary of very low quotes: a compliant officer costs more than many quotes suggest once fair pay, vetting, insurance and proper management are included.
Under TUPE, officers who work mainly on your site usually transfer to the new provider on their existing terms. Most clients come to us because of poor standards — and in our experience, transferred officers often perform noticeably better under hands-on, visible and supportive management. We manage the whole TUPE process with your outgoing provider.
