Many buildings choose between a receptionist who can't handle a security problem and a guard who puts visitors off. Our concierge security officers do both: they greet people by name, run your visitor and pass process, and know exactly what to do when something isn't right. We also provide SIA-trained receptionists, so even your front desk team is security-trained.
Every officer holds an SIA licence, is vetted to BS 7858 and is briefed on your building, your tenants and your standards before their first shift. You get continuity: the same highly trained, capable officers on your site every week, so your staff and visitors know them by name and they know your building inside out.
Our leadership comes from RAF Police and intelligence work, and our officers are trained to think the same way. Front of house is your first line of defence: the place where hostile reconnaissance is spotted, suspicious behaviour is challenged and an incident is contained in the first minutes.

Corporate security means protecting an office building, its people, its visitors and its information. For most buildings that starts at the front door: trained officers who manage reception, control access, issue visitor passes, patrol the building and respond to incidents, while giving visitors a professional welcome.
A concierge focuses on welcoming people and helping them. A concierge security officer does that too, but is also SIA licensed, vetted and trained to control access, spot problems and deal with incidents. You get one person covering both roles instead of two.
Yes. Every officer we deploy holds an individual SIA licence and is screened to BS 7858, the British Standard for security vetting. They are briefed on your building, tenants and procedures before their first shift.
Yes. Our officers work with your existing visitor management, pass and access control systems, and follow your building procedures. If you do not have a formal process, we can help you set one up.
Martyn’s Law (the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025) applies to certain publicly accessible premises and events that can hold 200 or more people, and is expected to come into force in spring 2027, regulated by the SIA. Many private offices will be outside its scope, but buildings with public areas, event spaces or large reception halls may not be. We can help you check, and our Martyn’s Law consultancy is included with every corporate security contract. Even where the Act does not apply, the same procedures are sensible best practice.
There is no fixed rate card. Every quote is built around your building, hours and risks, and it is fully open-book so you see exactly what you are paying for. Be wary of very low quotes: a compliant, well-presented officer costs more than many quotes suggest once fair pay, vetting, insurance and proper management are included.
Usually, yes. Under TUPE, officers who work mainly on your site normally transfer to the new provider on their existing terms. We manage the whole transfer with your outgoing provider, in confidence, so your reception never loses cover.
